Google, Apple, TikTok move to quash subpoenas in US FTC antitrust suit vs. Meta

( March 26, 2025, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Google, Apple, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest and other third parties asked a District of Columbia federal court to quash trial subpoenas issued in a US Federal Trade Commission antitrust suit against Meta Platforms. The subpoenas should be quashed because they exceed geographic limits established by Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and impose an undue burden on the non-party witnesses that outweighs any benefits to the parties, the companies said in motions to quash filed in the District of Columbia.
