Apple can face app-store consumer claims in Dutch courts, legal opinion says (*updates)

Advocate General Manuel Campos Sánchez-Bordona said that consumers can file claims in the country where they bought the apps. But a group action before the Amsterdam court can only represent consumers from that region, he said.
