Trusted flagger guidance under EU Digital Services Act to be ready by year-end

The public consultation for the draft guidance is set for the second quarter of 2025. The guidelines were expected earlier, but are delayed due to their complexity and coordination within the commission and the DSA board, the commission official said. Online companies will see the guidelines providing greater clarity on trusted flaggers under the EU’s Digital Services Act adopted by the end of the year, an official of the European Commission told MLex today....
