Bacardi wins Grey Goose trademark case against Claymont in Dutch court

( March 26, 2025, 14:02 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Hague District Court ruled that Claymont infringed Bacardi’s Grey Goose trademarks by selling counterfeit vodka in the Netherlands. The court ordered Claymont to cease infringement, pay nearly 470,000 euros in damages and disclose financial records related to the counterfeit sales. Additionally, Claymont must transfer any net profits exceeding the damages amount, and distributor TOP Logistics must destroy 1,510 seized boxes of counterfeit products.
