EU Commission aims to commit to OECD standards on competition rules

The move will not create any legal obligation for the EU, but will strengthen the bloc's position in the development of international competition standards.The European Commission is planning to sign the bloc up to seven recommendations of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in the field of competition policy, MLex has learned. The executive hopes that the move will strengthen the EU position in the development of competition rules and help cooperation in this field with countries outside the bloc, MLex understands....
