At issue are sanctions entered in the case and Millen's disqualification from participation in the same, in connection with alleged misrepresentations made in parallel litigation in the Netherlands. According to Dmarcian, none of the issues raised before the Fourth Circuit US Court of Appeals go to the merits of the parties' copyright, trademark and trade dress case and, as such, they are non-appealable.See attached documents....
