Tapwell’s Swedish price-control fine upheld by domestic court

( March 24, 2025, 14:09 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Bathroom and kitchen fixtures maker Tapwell breached antitrust rules in Sweden by imposing minimum prices on retailers for the online sale of its products, the Patent and Market Court ruled today. In 2023, Tapwell was fined 16.9 million krona (around $1.7 million) for the conduct.
