Platforms in Chinese capital to access credit supervision data in pilot project

( March 20, 2025, 08:47 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Meituan, Tencent, Ant Group and Dingdang signed a memorandum with the market and data regulators in Haidian District, Beijing, to launch a pilot project for opening credit supervision data to the four platform enterprises. The regulators, under the oversight of the State Administration for Market Regulation, will provide access to key credit data, such as the national list of enterprises with abnormal operations and the list of seriously illegal and dishonest entities, to the platforms. The initiative aims to help the platforms to develop a dynamic credit evaluation system and advance the application of market regulation credit data within the platform economy.
