New merger-assessment guidelines open for feedback, Australian regulator says

( March 20, 2025, 01:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Australia's competition regulator is seeking feedback on its new merger-assessment guidelines, which outline the analytical framework for evaluating notified acquisitions under the new regime.
