US magistrate judge denies CURT leave to add inequitable conduct counterclaim

According to US Magistrate Judge Curtis Ivy Jr. of the Eastern District of Michigan, not only was the request by CURT filed too late, it fails to adequately allege fraud upon the US Patent and Trademark Office by Horizon's former patent counsel.See attached document....
