BT Solar, RC-Log appeal Zhejiang Beyondsun's court loss at top EU court

( March 17, 2025, 10:47 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: BT Solar and RC-Log, two companies that supported Zhejiang Beyondsun Green Energy Technology in its appeal at the lower-tier EU court over tariffs levied on past imports of solar panels into the bloc, have now filed appeals at the highest EU court, in a move to overturn the previous court loss. Last year, the General Court said that Zhejiang Beyondsun's argument that the European Commission relied on powers that had either expired or been repealed was unfounded.
