Google 'Incognito' plaintiffs ask Ninth Circuit to affirm order denying intervention

They said that the intervenors' appeal is frivolous and has delayed implementation of important injunctive relief in the long-running class action, and plaintiffs' voluntary dismissal of their individual damages claims does not count as a "final" order for purposes of the appellate jurisdiction statute.See attached file. ...
