UPC Mannheim court splits patent cases over jurisdiction issues

The decisions follow the EU Court of Justice's ruling on jurisdiction in case C-339/22 BSH Hausgeräte, which raised questions about the court’s jurisdiction over cases involving non-UPC countries.
