Entertainment Inc. has faltered in its attempt to rein in the Australian makers of a wine named “Beetlejuice,” with a trademark decision finding the producers of the 1988 gothic fantasy-comedy movie starring Michael Keaton hadn’t been able to assert their rights to the name. The decision by a delegate of the Registrar of Trademarks published this week concluded that Australia’s Casella Wines was entitled to continue with plans to use the Beetlejuice mark, following its 2019 trademark registration. Warner Bros.
