Vape cartridge users file amended US antitrust claims against distributors

According to the complaint, the companies have entered unlawful distribution agreements for CCELL products manufactured by Smoore that forbid distributors from selling competing products, mandatory price restraints, banned Smoore’s distributors from selling Smoore’s products to competitors, and penalize distributors who do not comply with Smoore’s pricing restraints.See attached file. ...
