Ex-Barclays CEO's stated ties with Epstein refuted by evidence, BOE’s Bailey says

Staley has appealed the watchdog's decision to ban him from the financial services industry over statements linked to his relationship with disgraced US financier Jeffrey Epstein, which the watchdog found to be untruthful.
