Apotekstjänst Sverige wins Swedish appeal over merger veto

In November 2024, the Swedish Patent and Market Court rejected the company’s bid to overturn the veto. But today Oriola said the Swedish Patent and Market Court of Appeal had annulled the block and the acquisition should close in the second quarter.Statement follows....
