Wholesale of fuels gets German scrutiny under new competition tool

( March 6, 2025, 09:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Germany's Federal Cartel Office has started a probe to shed light into whether there is a ''significant and continuing malfunctioning of competition in the wholesale of fuels," the authority said today. This is the first time that the watchdog is making use of the new competition tool introduced in 2023.
