Olivon defendants file summary judgment motion in US antitrust telescopes case

( March 6, 2025, 01:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Olivon Manufacturing defendants filed a motion for summary judgment on direct purchaser plaintiff claims in US antitrust litigation alleging they participated in a conspiracy to fix the prices of telescopes. In their court filing, the defendants argued that they "sell products that are not at issue in this case and have no agreements with the alleged co-conspirators." They added that "to the extent the Olivon Defendants have any relationship with the alleged co-conspirators, all interactions were at arms-length and are essentially a drop in the ocean that is the telescope market, making it factually and legally impossible to be held liable for a class wide antitrust conspiracy."See court filing. ...
