Lopez requests trial delay for US DOJ wage-fixing case

"Due to voluminous materials that have been ordered to be produced on the eve of trial and have not been received, and the need to appropriately review the evidence to prepare for trial, a continuance is required to ensure Mr. Lopez receives a fair trial," Lopez wrote in a court filing.See court document. ...
