Kochava files answer to US FTC amended location data complaint

( February 25, 2025, 23:46 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Kochava has answered the amended complaint by the US Federal Trade Commission, saying that it doesn't collect health-related data nor location data in real time, with a latency of at least three days. "Defendants do not receive any data that discusses any medical or health condition, symptom, or diagnosis. At most, Defendants receive generic data regarding the occurrence of generic app events, never the contents or substance of app events.  Moreover, none of Defendants’ data feeds include any real-time data; all of the data has built-in latency of 3-7 days," Kochava said in answering the FTC complaint.See attached document....
