Ferguson reposted a statement by the ABA on social media platform X and offered his own comment, which said, "Pathetic. For years the Democrats undermined the Constitution, tried to put President Trump in prison, demanded the Court be packed and Justices impeached. Where was the ABA? Nowhere to be found.
