Amazon files reply in support of dismissing amended US claims in data sharing case

( February 28, 2025, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Amazon filed a reply in support of its motion to dismiss US privacy claims accusing it of sharing users' viewing history with its other corporate subsidiaries, saying plaintiffs’ cherry-picked tactics should be rejected. “Plaintiffs want it both ways: they cite and selectively quote Amazon’s terms, which they rely upon to support their claims, but then ask the court to disregard the full text and meaning of those terms — which belie plaintiffs’ claims,” it argued.
