Steelmaker Georgsmarienhütte appeals aid to SHS Stahl-Holding-Saar at EU court

The aid was cleared by the European Commission in 2023. In its appeal from December, only published today, Georgsmarienhütte argues that the state aid regulator breached the company's procedural rights as it failed to start a formal probe.
