Third parties oppose US DOJ disclosure of Live Nation documents to consumers

( February 28, 2025, 23:33 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: United Center, MGM Resorts, Creative Artists Agency and other non-parties to antitrust litigation brought against Live Nation by the US Department of Justice asked a New York federal judge to deny a request from consumer plaintiffs in separate litigation for access to DOJ depositions and other materials. The parties’  opposition briefs broadly expressed concerns about the exposure of highly confidential and sensitive business information, echoing DOJ concerns about a potential chilling effect on third-party cooperation with future agency enforcement actions if the materials are disclosed.See attached documents....
