ChatGPT's paid-service practices under investigation in South Korea

The Korea Communications Commission's investigation is to determine whether OpenAI has illegally limited the number of daily uses of the service by paid users of the AI chatbot app, and their right to terminate subscriptions. South Korea’s communications regulator said it has begun a fact-finding investigation into the business practices of OpenAI’s ChatGPT over a possible violation of the country’s law regarding the provision of services to paid users....
