Shopping EZ operator may be individually liable for US trademark infringement

Axcess Global Sciences accused Shopping EZ and Fresh, individually, of infringing the company’s mark for keto supplements as well as false advertising, false patent marking and unfair competition.Erica Fresh can be held liable in her individual capacity for acts of trademark infringement by the nutritional supplements company she solely operates, a Utah federal judge held this week in denying Fresh’s motion to dismiss....
