Appeals court backs US Customs ruling on Chinese xanthan gum evasion
By Bradley Dress ( February 27, 2025, 19:21 GMT | Insight) -- The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit today affirmed a Court of International Trade ruling upholding a Customs and Border Protection determination that several importers of xanthan gum evaded an antidumping order by moving the product from China through India.
