UK online safety regulator clarifies how it plans to use information-gathering powers

Following public consultation, the watchdog added further details about its disclosure processes to overseas regulators, its approach to user privacy and the security of stakeholders’ systems, and it made changes to its guidance on coroner’s information notice powers.
