UPC limits court fee refunds in Panasonic’s patent cases against Oppo and Xiaomi

Panasonic had requested 60 precent, but the court deemed both cases highly complex, requiring significant judicial effort, and therefore, limited the refund to 40 percent.The documents are attached in German. ...
