US Congress re-introduces RESTORE Act on patent injunctive relief

The legislation, if enacted, would effectively undo the Supreme Court’s 2006 decision in eBay v. MercExchange, which made injunctions considerably harder to come by.Congress will again attempt to pass the RESTORE Act, putting a nearly two-decade-old Supreme Court decision under the microscope in a longstanding debate over the presumptive right to an injunction against alleged infringement. Bipartisan groups from both the House and Senate reintroduced the measure today....
