( February 21, 2025, 10:01 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The French antitrust enforcer has said it can't rule out that expanding a collective agreement for private-hire vehicles to the entire sector could undermine competition. The Autorité de la Concurrence was responding to a request made by ARPE — the Autorité des Relations sociales des Plateformes d'Emploi — and has called on it to be vigilant. The watchdog recommended that an in-depth impact study on the consequences of the agreement be carried out prior to any approval. This is the first time the watchdog has been asked to issue an opinion on a collective agreement of this type.Statement follows. ...
