EU heavy-duty vehicles’ emissions, consumption updated rules formally issued

( February 20, 2025, 12:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An updated regulation concerning the determination of CO2 emissions and fuel consumption for heavy-duty vehicles was published today in the EU's Official Journal. The new rules now also cover vehicles running on hydrogen and other new technologies. The regulation enters into force on the 20th day following its publication in the bloc's official bulletin, and will become applicable in all EU member states next year.Regulation attached....
