German fuel wholesale markets could come under antitrust scrutiny, Mundt says

The investigation would scrutinize the risks associated with the price assessments widely used in the industry. “The inquiry has once again shown that the conditions for effective competition in the German mineral oil sector are difficult," the Bundeskartellamt's president, Andreas Mundt, said.
