Deutsche Bahn goes to ECHR over appeal of Spanish antitrust fine

Both companies were appealing antitrust fines levied in 2017. Spain’s Supreme Court said it wouldn’t review Deutsche Bahn’s application, while it said Renfe’s was “admissible.”The European Court of Human Rights is looking into whether rail operator Deutsche Bahn was treated unfairly compared to Renfe, when both companies sought to challenge antitrust fines through the Spanish court system....
