Lithuanian companies set to pay slightly reduced merger-review fees

( February 14, 2025, 10:13 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The fees that companies in Lithuania will have to pay before filing a notification of a concentration will amount to 19,300 euros, starting on March 1, the national antitrust authority said today. The examination of an application for authorization to carry out individual concentration actions will cost 6,400 euros. The amounts will remain valid for one year. The current fees — 21,100 euros and 7,000 euros respectively — will apply until the end of this month.Statement follows....
