Swissgrid sees EU's highest court say company can fight exclusion from platforms

( February 13, 2025, 09:30 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The grid operator Swissgrid won its appeal at the EU's highest court against the EU Commission's decision that it wasn't qualified to participate in European platforms for the exchange of standard products for balancing energy. Swissgrid was fighting a lower court's order that rejected its challenge to the decision on the grounds of inadmissibility. In today's ruling, EU judges set aside the order and referred the case back to the lower court.Judgment attached. Case reference is C-121/23....
