Google must face US copyright claims, authors say

They argued that the complaint specifically alleges the infringed works, the method in which they were infringed, and detailed information regarding some of the known datasets in which the works were included. Therefore, it would be unjust to throw out their allegations simply because “several discrete paragraphs” in the complaint referenced other unspecified works, the identity of which is within Google’s sole knowledge and control.See attached file. ...
