Online platforms can expect final EU guidelines on child protection before summer

The guidelines should then be adopted before the EU institutions' summer break, depending on the amount of feedback. The commission is currently also considering organizing a stakeholder workshop to follow up one held last October.Online platforms can expect guidelines on protecting children under EU content-moderation laws to be adopted by late July, a commission official has confirmed to MLex, after a draft for consultation is released ahead of Easter....
