SES, Intelsat submit data, narrative responses to US FCC in merger review

The transaction, which is also still pending review with the US Department of Justice and Team Telecom, is on day 161 of the FCC’s 180-day review timeline, although the agency can pause the transaction shot clock if it deems necessary.
