Disney won't be dragged into Moana copyright trial, US judge clarifies

Instead, an upcoming trial over "Moana" is limited to Woodall's claims against Buena Vista Home Entertainment — and only as they relate to the distribution by BVHE of Moana on home video. “No claims against the non-BVHE defendants remain to be tried,” Judge Consuelo B.
