US District Judge Joseph F. Leeson Jr. said that because jurors were presented with “distinct evidence of wrongdoing” for both claims, there was no double recovery by Harbor Compliance, nor was the verdict a miscarriage of justice.Harbor Business Compliance Corporation has secured its $27.9 million jury award — and then some....
