US merger enforcement hit ‘low tide’ in 2024, DAMITT report says

The Dechert Antitrust Merger Investigation Timing Tracker (DAMITT) 2024 annual report highlighted 17 significant merger investigations, the second lowest in DAMITT’s 14-year history, including only three concluding with a settlement.
