TasPorts loses bid to use Engage Marine document in Australian antitrust case

In a Federal Court of Australia hearing today, a court registrar ruled that reference to legal advice in an email between Engage and mining company Grange Resources wasn’t enough to constitute a waiver of the underlying legal advice.
