Touchlight Genetics sinks ex-officer’s bid for joint patent inventorship in UK

In a ruling handed down today, UK High Court Judge Michael Tappin rejected the position advanced by Dr. Vanessa Hill that the TGL’s patents include subject matter that falls outside the scope of their agreement.
