EU Court of Justice sides with EUIPO in dispute with Neoperl

( January 24, 2025, 13:57 GMT | Official Statement) -- The EU Court of Justice, in setting aside a decision by the General Court, sided with the EU Intellectual Property Office Board of Appeal on its claim the General Court “exceeded the limits of its jurisdiction” in annulling a decision that an application by Neoperl to trademark a cylindrical sanitary insert lacked distinctiveness.
