Brickworks, BGC clash over discovery issues in Australian antitrust case

In a Federal Court of Australia hearing today, Brickworks lawyer Robert Yezerski opposed certain discovery categories advanced by BGC, which sought more documents based on an affidavit by Dave Poddar, a partner at law firm Quay Lawyers, which is representing BGC.
