Sanofi ordered to clarify territorial scope in UPC patent infringement case

Allegations concerning which patent claims are being infringed in each jurisdiction and by each of the four generic pharmaceutical companies Sanofi sued need to be more clearly stated, the court said.Sanofi needs to be clearer in its allegations against the four generic pharmaceutical companies it claims are infringing on its patent, according to a Unified Patent Court’s order yesterday....
