Amend and apply EU carbon border tax as soon as possible, Eurofer urges

It wants to see changes in the design of the mechanism, such as introducing a structural solution to preserve European exports, implementing stricter rules against circumvention practices, such as resource shuffling, and extending its scope to steel-intensive downstream sectors.Full statement follows....
