IBM's play for HashiCorp raises antitrust concerns in Australia

In a market inquiries letter published today, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that both IBM and HashiCorp offer various software solutions and related services on a global basis including in Australia. According to the regulator, the two companies actively supply information technology infrastructure-automation software as well as security software through their products.
